What I store when you use the contact form

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your message
• The time of the enquiry
• Your IP address

The IP address is stored solely to trace and stop misuse of the form, such as automated spam.

Why

Solely to read and answer your enquiry. The information is not used for marketing, is not sold and is not shared with anyone else.

Where it is stored

Your message is sent to my mailbox and stored in a file on the web server at the same time, so an enquiry is not lost if the email should fail. The file cannot be reached from the internet. Both mail and website are hosted by Simply.com A/S, who therefore act as data processor.

For how long

I keep enquiries for as long as they are relevant to our conversation, and clear them out regularly. If you want your data deleted right away, just write to me.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to kontakt@mikkelmanniche.dk and I will respond as soon as I can. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies

No cookies are set. Fonts and all other content are served from this domain, not from Google or other services — which is also why there is no cookie banner.
