With name search
claude mcp add dk-regnskab -e CVR_USER=… -e CVR_PASSWORD=… -- npx -y dk-regnskab-mcpName search uses the CVR register and needs free system-to-system credentials from the Danish Business Authority. Everything else works without them.

Five tools
search_companySearch by name or CVR number. Active and exactly named companies come first.
list_filingsThe company’s filed reports, newest first, with links to the documents.
get_financialsKey figures for one year and the year before, auditor and source. Group or parent.
get_financials_historyKey figures year by year, up to 15 years back.
get_report_factsEverything tagged in the annual report, e.g. staff costs or dividends.
Built for real filings
- Group and parent are kept apart. Danish GAAP and IFRS mark them in opposite ways, and mixing them up can turn a loss into a profit.
- Listed companies back to 2015. All three generations of IFRS tagging are read.
- No guessing. If a filing has two different values for the same fact, the field is left empty with a note.
- Balance check. If assets don’t equal liabilities and equity, the result says so.
- Measured against 311 companies on 25 September 2026: 309 parsed, 2 without a machine-readable annual report, 0 errors.
What it can’t do
- Only companies that file machine-readable annual reports. Sole proprietorships don’t.
- Only what the company tagged. Management’s review and free-text notes are not included.
- It has to run on your own computer or a server, not in a browser.
- The data is public data from the Danish Business Authority. The project is not affiliated with it.
