Built to be checked
- Verbatim text. The section comes as it stands in Retsinformation, not as a summary.
- Citation and ELI link in every answer, e.g. “Ferieloven (LBK nr. 152 af 20/02/2024)”, so anyone can look it up.
- Warns about amending acts. If an amendment has been passed but not written into the consolidated text, the answer says so.
- Historical acts are flagged.
gaeldende: falsemeans the document is no longer in force. - Name, reference or link. “OFL”, “LBK nr. 145 af 24/02/2020” and an ELI link all work.
What it can’t do
- Only what is in Retsinformation. Case law, preparatory works and EU regulations such as the GDPR are not included.
- The text is verbatim, but the server does not give legal advice.
lov_aendringeronly works during Retsinformation’s opening hours, 03:00–23:45 Danish time.- It has to run on your own computer or a server, not in a browser.
