Manniche UI Pro
Manniche UI Pro licence
Applies to everyone who buys Manniche UI Pro.
Who
One licence covers one developer (a named person). A team buys one licence per developer who works with the Pro components.
What you may do
Use, copy and modify the Pro components in an unlimited number of your own projects and client projects, commercial or not, and ship them as part of the finished website or app.
What you may not do
Resell, sublicense or redistribute the components, alone or modified, as a component library, UI kit, template pack, theme, starter kit, design-system package or similar product, free or paid. Do not publish the source code of the Pro components in a public repository. Do not share your licence key.
End products
Your clients may use the finished product without their own licence. If a client’s developers keep building with the Pro components, they need their own licence.
What you buy
The one-off price buys the current version of the Pro components, delivered through the Pro registry with your key right after payment. Later updates and new components are a free extra that may be offered through the same key. They are not part of what you have paid for, and there is no claim to them. Everything you have downloaded may be used under this licence for ever.
Keys
The key is personal and is revoked on refund or chargeback, or after clear misuse (for example a published or shared key). Components already used in projects remain licensed, except on refund or chargeback.
Third parties
Fonts, images and libraries used by the demos are covered by their own licences. Demo photos from Unsplash are not part of the licence.
No warranty
No warranty beyond what the law requires. Liability follows the general terms on mikkelmanniche.dk.
Right of withdrawal
Pro is digital content. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but it ends once you have asked for immediate access at checkout, confirmed that you know you lose the right, and we have sent you the key with a confirmation by email. Business buyers have no right of withdrawal. See also Withdrawal.
